I have polycystic ovarian syndrome and am having trouble getting pregnant. Any suggestions from women who have gone through the same thing or doctors? I want to avoid fertility treatments……I dont have a regular cycle, due to PCOS so its hard to tell when I am ovulating and when to try…..

My husband and I have no trouble getting pregnant, but I have had two early miscarriages (8 weeks and earlier) both times we have tried. I have regular, normal, non-painful periods. i have been trying to get pregnant for three years and doctors dont seem to help. they tell me that it has to do with the depo shot that i took for two yrs before trying to concieve and they say that it messed up my obvulation. any advice,herbs,pills anything? it would be really appreciated.
