I am not aware of any such insurance.
Alot of traditional major medical plans have exclusions for fertility treatments.
You might look into a mini-med/indemnity plan/modified health plan where they pay preset amounts for certain medical costs. They will not provide a lot of benefits but you will at least have some coverage.
Discount cards do not typically provide as much coverage as major medical plans. IN every case I have seen traditional insurance coverage is better.
Just make sure you read the plan document and view the exclusions before purchasing coverage.

No, because the ONLY people who would buy it, would be the people who want to use it – which defeats the whole purpose of insurance. You aren’t spreading out the costs so that only 1 in 100 people make a claim – 100% of the people are going to make a claim. Or darned close to it. Which means, EACH of you will have to pay, well, total cost of your treatment, PLUS insurance company overhead, administration costs, and profit. It would be cheaper to pay out of pocket.
Discounts AREN’T better than insurance – 50% off of $50,000 infertility treatments are STILL $25,000. Insurance wouldn’t cost you that much. Plus, even if you sign up for a health discount plan, very, very few providers accept them. Health discount plans are the "new scam" of the moment.

Regular health insurance is much better. What would you do if you had a major illness or accident with only a discount? What you really need is a major medical insurance policy with at least a $500 annual deductible and pays 80% thereafter until you have paid in $1,000 of your share of the medical expenses ("stop loss"). If you opt for a $1,000 deductible, then your cost for this insurance is going to be less.
Most insurance companies will not pay for fertility costs. Many will also not pay for expenses involved in childbirth. Insurance is designed to help you pay your medical expense in case of sickness or injury. Pregnancy and childbirth are not considered sickness or injury, but rather a "planned event".

two choices really as I researched this heavily for some friends. Find the needle in the haystack plan that covers fertility treatments. There are a couple of very small network HMO’s that do so.The other way is to get billed your self and submit the bills spread out enough and in such a way that it does not appear to automatically be infertility treatments. The blood work, exams etc can largely be used in many treatments so submitting these bills w/o the structure that screams infertility treatment you might get by. There have been a couple stories written about this, US news was what I remember it from in their health care issue
